The role:

You will be based out of our Wiri office and assist the Operations Manager with daily warehouse duties and install our product to a variety  of trucks. This is a role that will suit a person who thrives on not one day being the same. You are a champion in your current field and have a technical aptitude. A driven individual who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and enjoys learning. Your excellent diagnostic and solution finding skills make you a valuable asset to our company. You excel and have the ability to meet deadlines autonomously.

You will be responsible for:

• Fitting and servicing centralized lubrication systems to a variety of trucks (Wiri and possibly surrounding suburbs when required)
• Assisting Operations Manager with warehouse management including daily parts orders and allocation of stock for the installation team
• Communicating with Operations Manager on stock and execution of jobs (daily and via our Simpro app)
• Reporting on stock levels in warehouse and service vehicle
• Keeping good relationships with customers and our team
• Providing feedback on areas for improvement

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing
